Making Education a Priority

The Grafton Education Alliance is committed to promoting educational excellence in our school district and throughout our community. GEA opens new doors by enhancing the educational opportunities and cultural experiences offered to students, teachers and other members of the Grafton community. We strive to accomplish this goal by:

  • providing grants for innovative projects that enhance the curriculum and stimulate creativity in the classroom as well as providing funds for unique programs that benefit residents of all ages
  • increasing community and parental involvement in our schools by keeping the residents of Grafton informed of educational issues in the school

Working Together Toward a Common Goal —
Become a Volunteer

Like many community organizations, GEA is completely dependent on dedicated volunteers and other community resources. If you would like to contribute your time and expertise — we are very volunteer friendly! Even if you have limited time available, we'll find some way for you to assist our efforts.

Here are just a few of our activities that could use your help:

  • Annual Community Adult Spelling Bee and Silent Auction
  • Annual Ice Cream Social
  • Family Concerts or Special Events
  • Educational Field Trips
  • Educational Forums

We also need volunteers to serve on our Grant Committee and Scholarship Committee. For more information, email us at info@graftoneducation.org
